It is my passion to coach people in how to envision and create their heart’s desires. I have been blessed to have discovered during my life’s experiences a Creative Process to “Create Your Best Life”! In 2006, I started offering life coaching to individuals and facilitating group “Skillshops” where I teach this Process. I have used this Creative Process in my own life and helped others to create:
- Vibrant health and energy
- Loving, trusting relationships
- Fulfilling work - or retirement!
- A new home, car, piano, vacation, boat, etc.
- Spiritual growth and understanding
- More joy, peace, love, understanding, courage, and prosperity!
From 2006-2009, I worked with the Leadership Team at Bryant & Stratton College. Together we used this Creative Process to create what we called a “Positive Personalized Growth Environment” which had a significant impact on the College’s profitability, as well as retention, referral and enrollment rates!
While my BS and MS degrees are in the Education field, I was guided to work in the Human Resources field for over 25 years, in companies in manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and education. I handled all aspects of HR, including building the HR Department from the ground up in 2 companies and holding the position of Director of HR. I held Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. My most recent “corporate” position was at GE Energy as a Training Coordinator for 4+ years. From July 2015-2018, I was a Success Coach with the Employer Resource Network, facilitating the success of employees through coaching, advocacy and resource connection.
I became an ordained Minister in 2002 after completing Holistic Studies Institute’s Spiritual Development & Meditation Classes and the Seminary Program. One of the things I most enjoy is officiating at weddings! I am a Certified Intuitive Counselor.
I am A Course In Miracles and A Course of Love student, Reiki Master and Therapeutic Touch practitioner. I have facilitated the Prosperity Program at Unity Church in Albany, where I am a member and prayer chaplain. I am blessed to be able to use my teaching, facilitation, healing, spiritual growth and ministry skills in my life coaching and Skillshops.
I am so grateful for all the challenging experiences and people that mirrored back to me my beliefs about life and myself. They gave me the opportunity to learn from them and change those beliefs that do not serve me. Hindsight is 20 x 20, and it may take time to see the treasure in difficult situations, but there is always a gift if you look for it. I am on a continual journey of fully awakening to the unconditional love and light we all are, and helping others do so as well. This is my greatest joy!
